Located in the new city of Port Said or the city  of  East Port Said, which is the first new city to be established east of the Suez Canal

Concept of project:
Due to Egypt's strategic location,its international and global importance, and the location of Port Said on the Mediterranean coast, In view of the modern international trend of  commercial linking between  countries by land and sea  routes, this project is being established (the World Trade Center in East Port Said) to be considered a logistical area  that includes trade  between  countries from the salvation of  the  annexation  between  three  roads
1- The new Maritime Silk Road, which links Asia with Africa and Europe,  and Egypt is  a center for it
2-The Cairo-Cape Town  road, which  connects Egypt with South  Africa, passing  through 9 African  countries
3-A proposal for this project to construct a sea route from Port Said, passing through the countries of North Africa bordering the Mediterranean Sea to the State of Morocco
and to combine the three roads at the World Trade Center in East Port Said
 
Design concept:
The main idea is providing the building users with a relaxing and make green roofs, Inner gardens and courtyars to providing good appearance and better ventilation for users and visitors Which leads to increased productivity

The movement of goods will be carried out through the tunnels of the new Suez Canal
Location of the project land:
Near the tunnels to transport goods from the Cairo-Cape Town road and on the bank of the new Suez Canal to direct goods from the Silk Road and near Port Said port, which is one of the largest ports.
-Material:
1- Nano-technology steel material for self-cleaning ,  makes Steel 10 Times Strongerand confer a reduced need of cleaning.
2- Solarpan glass for solar control
It is used in commercial buildings around the world, adding beauty while saving energy

And this mechanism and the gardens in the building and their changing places lead to the roughness of the air along the building
-structure system:
1- Core skelton & outrigger structural system for high rise building
the core structure is the most critical unit of a high-rise building. It is a combination of units like lifts and staircases. The core structure system is a combination of steel columns. The core system and steel columns located in the perimeter are connected using outriggers (Horizontal beams) the structure is accompanied by belt trusses around the perimeter to provide extra lateral resistance.
2- Steel frames:
A Frame structure is a structure having the combination of beam, column and slab to resist the lateral and gravity loads. These structures are usually used to overcome the large moments developing due to the applied loading.
-Core studies:
1- Destination dispatch:
Destination dispatch is an optimization technique used for multi-elevator installations, which groups passengers for the same destinations into the same elevators, thereby reducing waiting and travel times when compared to a traditional system where all passenger wishing to ascend or descend enter the same elevator and then request their destination.
2- chute system:
Chutes are assemblies that are used for the quick evacuation of materials from an elevated work location. They use gravity to guide the flow of materials into a bin.

1-Cooling and Heating:
Cooling is provided by chilled ceilings, while heating is from perimeter heating. Windows are connected to the BMS to ensure that the mechanical ventilation only works when the windows are closed. Artificial lighting is connected to motion sensors and timers.

BAS is an intelligent system of both hardware and software, connecting heating, venting and air conditioning system (HVAC), lighting, fire and security system sand other systems to communicate on a single platform. This way the automation system is delivering you crucial information on the operational performance of a building as well as enhancing the safety and comfort of the occupants
